i am doing a project on creating a database of food allergens that can cause delayed hyper sensitive reactions...there are 6 available methods proposed in http://tools.immuneepitope.org/analyze/html/mhc_II_binding.html
I promised my lecturers that i would first compare the methods myself and conclude which is the best
method that gives accurate results....and use that particular method for finding out the binding affinities for all the food items I am working on. I am stuck at this step as I have no clue how to conclude which is the best method by actually using some benchmark calculations and stuff.. Please help!!
